At Nomadic Frenchie, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed products for you and your French Bulldog. While we hope every item is a perfect fit, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.

⏳ Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

🤍 A Return with Purpose

We do not resell returned items. Instead, we donate all returns to DFW French Bulldog Rescue, where they’re gifted to dogs in need.
Your return becomes part of a second chance for a Frenchie waiting for their forever home.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to assist with an exchange — just reach out and we’ll handle the rest with care.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, less any shipping charges. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your item for processing.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We suggest a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.
